    • Product Types: Gold ornaments, diamond & platinum jewellery, silver products
    • Customization: Jewellery customization is available. Customers can request personalized pieces.
    • Warranties:
      • Watches: Warranty subject to manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
      • Jewellery: Lifetime service warranty with first service free. Charges apply for subsequent services involving precious stones, diamonds, and other materials.
    • Sales Return Policy:
      • Exchange allowed within 7 days of purchase with the original invoice and unused jewellery.
      • Non-returnable Products: Nosepins, mangalyam, real stone rings, silver items priced by piece, etc.
      • For exchanges, gold jewellery is assessed based on net weight after cleaning, with a 5% deduction.
      • Payment Method for Exchange: Amounts above ₹10,000 paid via bank transfer. Required ID proof: Aadhar, Electoral ID, Passport, Driving License, or PAN.
      • Lifetime Service: Free first service; charges for subsequent services and material addition.
  3. User Registration
    • Registration Requirement: Users will need to register to complete purchases on the e-commerce platform when live.
    • Information Collected: Name, email address, phone number, and shipping address.
  4. Orders and Payment
    • Payment Methods: Currently, only applicable for in-store transactions.
    • Pricing Policies: All prices are in INR. Delivery charges will be communicated at checkout for online purchases.
    • International Orders: Not applicable until e-commerce launches.
  5. Shipping and Delivery
    • Currently, shipping is not applicable as the e-commerce platform is under development. When live, we will offer national and international shipping.
  6. Refunds and Cancellations
    • Refund Policy: No refunds except in cases of defective items. Any applicable refunds will be processed via bank transfer or cheque.
    • Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
